My 1994 90 Johnson OMC tilt trim wont build pressure to raise the motor. I have topped up the fluid. The motor whirrs away same as ever if you lift the motor up manually the rams will then rise. I have had to use the manual relief a few times and now put it fully in the clockwise position which I understand is correctly closed.
There is a little bit of weeping on the right side ram (from behind boat) but not much.
