I have a 90 hp force motor with over heating problems , changed water pump and Idled ok for about 20 minutes shut it off started motor back up and overheating alarm went off again this time there was oil in the water,not sure about the down tube how it is suppose to be seated in the motor or where is the oil coming from if coming down the down tube
