2019 60 HP Command thrust

When the engine has sat for awhile, it starts right up, but dies after running for a minute or so, then will not even turn over (like the battery is dead). I checked the battery and it reads 13V. The battery was new this spring.

check all battery terminal connections, positive and negative side. Also check the connections at the starter, should be clean and tight. When the engine is running check voltage on battery should be around 14.4 volts or similar
