My boat won't start. It has spark to all 4 plugs and has 43 PSI at the VST. It's getting fuel all the way to the injectors but it will not spray fuel when I turn it over. I am starting to believe the ECM is bad.
notes: Has brand new low pressure and High pressure pumps and fuel pressure regulator and filters.
