2001 4.3 mercruiser will not turn over

I have replaced the battery and gone through all visiable fuses and they look good. The horn, blower, and bilge all work. The instrument panel does not react and the dash alarm does not sound at all when the key is turned on. The motor will not turn over at all. Any Suggestions? ( BTW - it was just removed from inside storage and I found no bare wires ) |
