My 2000 Mercury 150 oil alarm beeps when the ignition switch is turned on and keeps on beeping even after WOT is reached. The oil seems to be making its way to the engine reservoir and the engine does not overheat. I've been told it could be the alarm horn has picked up a ground or the oil sensor in the onboard reservoir is broken. Anyone go an idea? The engine is a 2000 150 XL SW and the boat is a 2000 Trophy 2002 FF.
