The motor is operating at high altitude 6000ft and I retarded the timing and put on a smaller prop. When the motor is WOT (actually backed off a bit due to carb jets) the motor runs 4800 to 5200 up and down about every 2 seconds or so. I replaced the coils and plugs. Ran tons of carb cleaner thru the motor and it still does it. Any ideas?
