Hi I have a evinrude 35 hp power three cylinder engine that acts like I its starving for fuel intermittently .changed fuel can and hose out for one with a screw vent in can still same problem. Fuel filter changed still same problem . Could it be fuel pump or maybe line connector at outboard? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks Steve
