Engine has been running good and all fuel filters have been changed recently. The other morning heading out of the marina I was idling out. Leaving the marina I throttled up the motor to get on step. She didn't want to go and would only rpm up slightly. I then pushed the throttle again down and it slowly got enough power and got on plane and ran great. Did this several times during the day. I got on step but the motor wasn't reactive and didn't seem to have that torque and jump. Slow to jump up on step. Fuel is fresh, filters are new. Please help.
