Hi guys. I have a Merc 4.5 that I can’t get running. I have replaced all the wiring, coil, carb kit, and impeller. I have spark, and have set the idles screw to one full turn from lightly seated closed. I have tried spraying carb cleaner in carb to get it started, and it sputters a bit but that’s all I get. Any help would be appreciated. The motor was sitting in a basement for the last 40 years, and have been told it on,y has 5 hours on it. Hopefully that info will help. Thanks in advance!
