Boat runs good on muffs but when in lake it dont rpm and lugs to 15mph maybe. I cleaned fuel tank,changed filters, new carb and cut rotten floor out and still slugs. compression check was 2 clyd with 100 and rest at 90. is this the problem. they say prop is one that was on boat 19.
