the engine wont start and run .it try to run if you leave it sit for 4 hour and try to pull start about 4 time after that is no hick up or any sign is going to run.i have done carby clean check read valve is ok,2 new spark plugs ,compression test,new fuel.got strong ark of sparks any help please
