Starts easy, but runs rough at low speeds. Mid range seems to run ok, but at full throttle it will sometimes only get to 4k. Without touching anything it'll run there for a while then on it's own accelerate to about 5400-5600 rpm. It doesn't sound like it is misfiring. I've changed the water separator, then pumped out as much fuel as I could. I then changed separator again and then filled 24 gal tank with 21 gals fresh fuel. It didn't help and still runs the same. Getting ready to put new plugs and onboard 6D8 fuel filter. I need to check if gas cap isn't venting or something else is restricting fuel flow intermittantly.
