Winterize an OMC 120 hp Mercury

How do I winterize a omc 120 hp Mercury with outdrive. New to boating and would like useful info on storing boat for winter and any maint. tips would be helpful . also my power trim makes a click when switch pushed but outdrive does not move, I think battery is low its on the charger.
