I have a 2005 Mercury 115 EFI Four Stroke outboard. With the wire harness going to the engine unplugged, the positive cable removed from the battery and a volt meter between the positive battery post and the positive batterey cable, going to the starter, with everything shut off, I still am reading 12 volts. What is drawing the voltage?
