I have a 89 bass tracker with 25 Hp Johnson with electric start and right under the key to start the boat there's a knob that you can turn and I'm not sure what it does, I don't have owners manual and I don't really want to be turning it when the boat is running maybe it's some setting for engine I'm not sure any help would be great .
