Hi there we brought a bayliner capri of a guy who said it was the bees knees it did run well for about the 30 min we tried it. Then xmas eve we put it in the water and something made a bang grind noise... then about 2 days later we took her out and we got stuck half way down the lake eildon arm took us hours to get back so take the boat to a mechanic in mansfield and it just happened to be where the boat was last fixed he told the guy we brought it off that it was stuffed... we have found out the gear box was nearly and is now stuffed We are looking for. Its called an L drive gear box of a 90 - 120 hp stern drive Chrysler/ Force inboard. If any body has any advice or help or knows were one may be found would be very helpful. ...thanks dave
