Went to start it up after sitting idle during the winter, new plugs, a little lubricant in the cylinders, fresh charge on the battery and no start. I changed the tachometer for a new one because the old unit was for a 87 Johnson 150HP, change to Mercury and all associated controllers and cables and it was running before winter. Need suggestions to check Please? I am New to Mercury Outboards. 1987 Procraft 1780 Competitor
