mercury 115 four stroke 2015

when im travelling on the lake say at 3600 rpm don't really seem to matter what rpmout of nowhere it starts to act like its misfiring or running out of fuel.The only way to get it to run right again is to shift into neutral wait around 10 to 15 seconds and then you can give it throttle again,but after it does it once it will do the same thing about every 5 to 7 minutes. I changed filters put new gas and it still does it.
