I purchased a new Honda 2/3 outboard in 2020 and am having a hard time starting it. I have looked at the videos, am using good fuel, and follow all the instructions. It sometimes kicks and I'm wondering if I am not pulling the cord fast enough....although I was told that an eight year old was able to pull it and I am as strong as an eight year old.
