evinrude etec 40hp squealing noise

my 2009 evinrude 40hp makes squealing noise much like loose fan belt when acelerating out of the hole, once it stops you can let off or acelerate without the noise.
any help or advice appreciated

I had the same problem on a smaller outboard. All it was right below the motor on shaft their is a grease fitting,try putting some grease in it then start your motor ,and is if that does it.
