I have a 2017 Crownline outboard. My steering wheel suddenly stopped working. It turns clockwise very easily but with a slight clicking noise. It is very stiff when I turn it counterclockwise, and only turns a little bit. The engine doesn't move at all when I turn the steering wheel.
