I have a 1979 Mercury 80 HP 4cyl replaced fuel lines, spark plugs, impeller, gas, battery. The boat was running fine while in gear then when put in neutral the boat stalled. had to bring the idle arm up and then it started again, but when trying to move slowly up to the dock it would keep dying. Your thoughts.
