I have i30 hp Suzuki mid 90’s on a 15.5foot deep v aluminum boat and I can only get 24 25 mph with one of my buddies with me. If o take two buddies with me I only get 10 mph out of it. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to make it go faster? Also when I’m going full throttle it’s like it just wont rev like it should. The motor starts up and runs perfect and it will idle all day long, when I put in gear and only give it about a quarter throttle it will stall out. Then I can restart the motor and give it more gas and it will take right off but it will not go over 24 25 mph. I’ve cleaned the carbs and put fuel stabilizer in it so i don’t think that that could be the issue. Also my friend has the same motor on his fiberglass boat and I can’t even begin to keep up with him and his boat is way Heavier then mine. If anyone out there can try and help point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
