I redid the motor new gaskets through out new water thermostat new rings on crank to new rings honed cylinder walls lower unit spins freely. I have to get a breaker bar on flywheel nut just to turn it a fraction of an inch I went by specs when I connected rods to crankshaft. Plugs are still in why can't I spin it more freely
