have a 16' Hydra Sports Skiff. My son Hank started working on before we lost him in a motorcyle accident 07/09/2014. The boat had been sitting for a couple of years recently I started back on the boat. I set it to a shop and they replaced impeller, cleaned out old gas, changed fuel line, sterring cable and plugs. Got it back and reupholstered it and new bilge pump and ect. Took boat out 07/09/2015 boat ran fine untill tried to get on plane could only get about 2800 rpms in neutral will rev up. We did cruise around but was slow and Hot any help would be appreciated!
