2015 Mercury 90 HP 4 stroke

I bought the boat (Tracker 1860 CC MVX) in 2018. It would do 44 mph+. At the end of last season (2020) it started missing at higher rpm/speed. Before this season, had a 100 hr service which included new plugs. First time out and at 32-33 mph it takes a knee. Just won't respond to additional throttle. Runs great from stop to 32 mph. Engine only has 102 hrs on it. Any ideas what is going on?
