My 2004 Mercury 25 HP engine only runs only on one cylinder. The bottom cylinder works fine and the engine will run with only the bottom firing. If I disconnect the bottom plug and try to start the engine using only the top cylinder the engine will start but it will then stop after several seconds. What is the problem?
