When is cold it runs really well. Approximately 31 at WOT. After I stop and sit for a while and then take off again I can only get to around 25 or 26 WOT. I put in new spark plugs and a new fuel line with bulb. It doesn’t miss or cut out. It may have no bearing on it but my port transducer is mounted a little low and is kicking water up the side of the engine to about the bottom of the hood. Some moisture is getting in the engine compartment.
