Last summer i replaced the power head on my 2000 evinrude 250HP with a used one. It ran fine the 1st time I used it it, then started feeling a hard thud while moving only. Mechanic that replaced it told me it was in the lower end, another mechanic said the motor is skipping under load due to wither spark plugs or wires or coils. Someone please settle the issue.
