I’ve had this motor on the water for about a month now with no issues but all of a sudden when I’m going full throttle boat runs fine but then all of a sudden it seems to cycle down sputters in shuts off and won’t start for about 2 to 3 minutes afterward I’ve change the fuel tape I’ve went to the synthetic blend of two cycle oil specific for Johnson’s and I have rebuilt the carburetor but it’s still doing the same thing when I pull the plugs there is oil on them and they are wet but I’m just not sure what the issue is
