1998 Force by Mercury 40hp outboard

Hi, it is currently the summer of 2021. I bought a pontoon with a 1998 Force 40hp on it. It ran great at first, then dies after a few minutes. Floods out and gas around the motor. Called marine mechanic and was told he no longer worked on my model however he said it was definitely the carburetor. I informed him of my limited mechanical ability and that I had purchased and installed a new solenoid/primer along with 2 new NGK BUZHWspark plugs for it. He instructed me to get a carburetor kit for it and that most likely the needle was stuck. He said they were very easy to rebuild. (I thought maybe for him. LOL.) I finally found one on amazon. Mercury Mercruiser Quicksilver Oem Part # 827688A-1 Repair Carb Kit. Here is my dilemma. Having never done this before, I would like very clear instruction as to how to do this. A video of this process would be great. From removing the carb to reinstall after rebuild is what I need to be sure I do this correctly. Does anybody have one or know of where I can get one? Thank you
