Engine starts on the hose fine.Runs about 3 minutes then idles down.After about 20 to 30 minutes it will suddenly rev up a few hundred rpm’s then back to normal,A few minutes later it’ll rev again then again over the next 20 minutes it does this over and over Erving higher and longer until it stays rev Ed at what sounds like 3000 to 4000 rpm.The engine has a new stator,regular,power pack and idle thermostat in the head.The boat runs great for the first 20 to 30 minutes before acting up.Any help would be appreciated.
