I have a mercury 200xri. I was going down the lake and all of a sudden the boat lost speed and sat down. Now the boat won’t go into gear. The throttle lever still goes into gear but the motor seems like it’s still in neutral. The cable is still attached and working. I’m guessing something broke down in the lower unit but not for sure. Was wondering if anyone could figure out or know what could be the problem. Thanks.
