Please help I have a 1989 MonArk Weekender Pontoon 28’. It’s my first boat. We just bought it and battery was unhooked we hooked it up as all black wires to negative all red wires to positive. My console lights are dim switch lights are dim and none of them working. When I push in cigarette lighter all lights on console go out! Checked all glass fuses are good. Checked connections at battery all are tight and not corroded. Yet 90hp Yamaha engine will start. Also new marine battery. We are lost have no idea any advice? Thank you
