Not sucking gas through lower carb at idle like the top carb does. Need help I'm just curious if this is normal as I just got the boat and after tuning it i noticed the top carb at idle you can clearly see it pulling fuel from the jet tube, but the bottom carb only starts pulling after you rev it up a certain amount also at idle when you remove 3&4 plug wires there's no noticeable difference if you remove 1 or 2 it will all but die.
