1969 sidewinder lo-pro 16 with 1977 johnson 115 hp outboard. starts easy idles a little rough when cold idles good when warmed up. will take off realy fast, jumpes to plain very quickly. wot for 30 seconds to 1 minute then starts bogging down, i back the throttle dow to about half and it smooths out, after 30 seconds or so i go back to wot and it takes off again then starves again.it will keep going wot if someone pumps primer bulb non stop. the carbs were just rebuilt, fuel pump replaced, and all fuel lines replaced, and new fuel tank. compression at 95 to 105 psi on all cylinders.
