Yamaha F50TLRY, 2000

Ran boat to put in on the trailer. Got home and hooked up flushing hose - motor cranks, not starting.

Readings taken with a Fluke 87V using Max/Min Peak voltage function.

No fire at the plugs...
Kill Switch "open"
Pulsar Coil cranking reading = 16.7V
Charge Coil cranking reading = 224V
CDI to 2/3 Ign Coil cranking = 3.2V
CDI to 1/4 Ign Coil cranking = 4.3V

The Service Manual states if the CDI has above spec voltage to replace it. Below spec, check the Charge and Pulsar Coils...??? Would have believed a low readings would indicate replacing CDI...???
Thanks!
