Women and offshore employment

Please advise what positions are available offshore for women? I am 29 and have no offshore experience. I am looking for a change to my life and and interested in working offshore doing administration, cleaning, catering etc., are any of these positions available and if so where do I apply? I am aware I need my offshore certificates which I am prepared to pay for.
