Where do i start?

Im moving to sweden with my wife. i thought this would be the perfect opertunity to move into the oil buissnes. im a qualified compressor engineer. im also a qualified electrician. ive worked as a spark for the last five years and i want a change of pace. What would be your advice for me to get started and get a job?
