Water leal in a 88 omc 4.3

I want to buy this boat 1988 Sylvan 209 Barritz the boat has sat for about Five years. I started the boat and it ran fine no water in oil. or anthing but it leaks water from to holes on the leftside of the moter bad, I not sure if it the freeze plugs cause there is nothing in the bottom of the boat or i hope they did not fall in the moter.. but like i sad it rins fine it just fills the boats with water...Please help.
