Having lived in Portugal since 1985 we are now looking for a home afloat in UK for at least 9 months a year. Not sure we could stand a full on British Winter after all these years.

To fund the purchase we need to sell or exchange two majot assets. First is our beautiful 6 bedroom hilltop Villa overlooking the sea on Central Algarve area. Deal includes a 2005 Honda CR-V 4 wheel drive SUV tow car. Rig is with friends in Virginia USA and can be readly to roll is an hour or so. Price asked is US Dollars 150,000.
