trouble loading bass tracker

We have a 2006 bass tracker and we are constantly having problems loading it. I have adjusted the rubber guides several times and the boat always leans to one side on the trailer. We called Bass Pro and they told us they have never had problems with the boat or trailer. What is the solution for this. |
