tilt is not working

I have a 1977 sea ray 19' 190hp... tilt motor went down wont come back up... Changed the selinoids both.... Was told it was a bad motor.... Does this motor control both the tilt and trim??? And were is it located?? Is it a tough job?? thank u.... chris |
