Do I need to adjust the throttle vale sensor for the timing , I do not know the history on the motor I did do a compression test and I have 120 pounds in each cylinder thanks for any help

Check the bearing under the water pump
by: Anonymous

I have a 30 hp and it did the same thing it had a bad bearing. I had to pull the lower end off and under the water pump the is a housing und it that you can remove to with a bearing in it. If it has any five it will cut the engine right out under load. Hope this helps you. Good luck!
