stumps out at 2000rpm 10mph merc 135 in/out

boat ran fine day before, then i wanted to do maintenance on it and changed spark plugs,wiped down the carb filter and shot carb cleaner in the carb, and clean out the oil reservoir because it had bad oil white gooy oil in it. today we put it in the water and it reved up fine but when i put it in gear it wont go over 2000rpm or 10mph. any ideas? |
