Stuck in neutral. Stranded in the river. Was traveling at 20 and heard a faint whine and then the boat slowed to a stop but the engine still rev'd at 20. Shifter is in neutral as if you were starting the boat to warm up. I/O Volvo Penta. Am I out 4G or is it other than the lower unit? Prop turns but not smooth.
