Shore Power Issues - Dead Appliances

I had a new boat delivered Friday. System is 30 amp. Hooked up to shore power with a 30 amp cord with an adaptor because marina only has 50 amp. Also had a new generator-3000 watt. Powered everything on A/C and everything else worked fine. Tested generator and powered A/C as well. Did not try to run other things with generator. So the microwave, ice maker and a cell phone charger were all plugged up on same wall BUT not running. After returning to marina and again rehooking to shore power, the microwave, ice maker and cell phone cord are all DEAD. Checked the receptacles and they are fine(will power hair dryer) replaced microwave in same spot and the new one works. What did I do? Blow up the appliances? Can internal parts(like circuit board) maybe be replaced for the ice maker or are they likely permanently ruined? thanks Melanie
