Question about getting started in this business

My name is Benjamin Mathis, and I found your email address on your website. I am interested in entering into the oil field at an entry-level position. I have done a reasonable amount of research in the various careers involved in the oil field, and understand what physical or mental demands that this field can sometimes present to an individual. It has been difficult in trying to contact the right people/person in order to find out how to enter into this field. However, I am ready to take on any task that someone is willing to give me, and am very interested in pursuing this possibility. I do not have any previous experience directly related to this field, although I do have a good, steady work-history, and have attached my resume for you to look over.
