Power trim issue

When sitting on the trailer my 2008 Evinrude 250 HO E-tec will not stay trimmed up. It gradually drops. This is the first time I've noticed that happening. It has been very cold here and we've had a very drastic temperature change from very cold to the high 50's. What is causing this and what's the remedy. Thanks
